Our services include event planning, venue and vendor coordination, rental management, and professional staffing to create a truly effortless experience for our clients.

For a more casual option, we also offer drop-off catering for offices and private residences. Whether it’s a business luncheon, a family gathering, or a celebration at home, we provide restaurant-quality cuisine with the option of a setup service to make hosting even easier.

Our menus are inspired by the renowned restaurants of the Alo Food Group, including Alo, Alobar, and Aloette. Rooted in French technique and driven by the finest seasonal ingredients, our offerings highlight both beloved classics and indulgent, world-class ingredients. Each menu is thoughtfully curated to bring the signature Alo experience to your special occasion, whether it’s an elegant multi-course meal or a refined selection of canapés.

To ensure the highest level of service and quality, our catering services have the following minimums:

• Full-service catering for in-home events – starting at $3,000 plus HST and a 15% service charge.
• Full-service catering for venue events – starting at $5,000 plus HST and a 15% service charge.
• Drop-off catering – starting at $1,500 plus HST and a 10% service charge.

Delivery fees vary depending on the size of the order and the distance to the event location. Our minimum spend includes food, beverages, staffing, rentals, transportation, and any additional charges required to execute your event seamlessly.

While we do not own a dedicated event venue, we are proud to be a preferred catering partner for some of Toronto’s most sought-after locations, including The Globe and Mail Centre, University Club of Toronto, Archive Studios, Gallery 1888, Propeller Coffee, and Galerie Le Royer. Additionally, within the Alo Food Group, we offer Salon, an intimate private event space perfect for exclusive gatherings. For those looking to host an upscale event in the heart of downtown Toronto, Alobar Downtown is available for partial and full buyouts, providing an elegant backdrop for any occasion.

From the moment you begin planning your event, our event coordinators and chef team will work closely with you to design a menu that perfectly suits your occasion. We’ll also guide you through rental selections, ensuring that every detail from tableware to décor, aligns with your vision.

On the day of your event, our service team will arrive approximately two hours before guest arrival to prepare the space, set tables and chairs, and assist with any final décor touches. Throughout the event, our staff will provide seamless service, ensuring the timeline flows smoothly while creating an atmosphere of warm hospitality.

At the end of the event, our team will oversee a thorough clean-up, leaving the venue spotless so you can focus on enjoying the moment. From start to finish, Alo Catering is dedicated to delivering an effortless and memorable experience for both you and your guests.
